Nigeria’s new President Muhammadu Buhari has announced his administration’s first set of appointments.

Current President of the Nigerian Guild of Editors (NGE)/Editor in Chief of the Sun Newspapers,Femi Adesina will serve as Special Adviser (Media and Publicity) while former Director, Media and Publicity of the APC Presidential Campaign Council Garba Shehu will be the new Senior Special Assistant (Media and Publicity).

All is not well in the camp of Nigerian singer, Oritsefemi Majemite Ekile. The singer has petitioned the police, accusing his manager of over one year, Yusuf Adebola Adepitan of threat to life and fraud.

In a petition filed by Oritsefemi’s lawyers, OMOWA C. ADEYINKA & Co., dated May 22, 2015 and addressed to The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command, the musician accused Yusuf Adebola Adepitan, aka Danku of threat to life, fraudulent activities and criminal conspiracy against the person and international image of Oritsefemi.
